Appearance(Fantasy):
Her base coat is a raven black, with both blood bay and dappled grey chimera. Her eyes are a rather icy blue, with royal blue specs. Her hooves are a mix of grey, black, and tan and her plumage a mix of silver and black. She has a curled pair of silver rams horns sprouting from her cranium, and two pairs of wings sprouting from her back in a similar coloring as her body. Her wings aren't the same size, with the largest set having a wingspan of 20 ft while the second having a wingspan of only 10 ft.
She also has a bunch of scars covering her body, mostly on her flanks and belly. One rather large, bite shaped one rests below her chin.
Appearance(Normal):
She is raven black, with piercing blue eyes. She has scars from many fights, mostly in groups of three. There is a group on her left flank, a second on the left side of her neck, and a third on her underbelly.
Personality:
Katana is unpredictable, stubborn, head strong, untrusting, aggressive, and distasteful.
She has a habit of making people hate her so that she can't be the cause of any pain that comes their way. She forces herself to get into fights so that she can be hurt instead of someone else.
She was a kind and sweet mare once, ages ago. She loved, she laughed, she trusted, she helped, and she was loyal. She was the opposite of everything she is now, and often wants to go back to who she was. But she can't, because her demons are stronger.
Power(Fantasy):
If you hadn't noticed, she has massive wings. The massive wings aide to her power of wind, and because they are so large they allow her to move incredibly fast when in the air. Her wings can create dust storms, tornadoes, massive ocean waves, etc. depending on how hard she flaps them.
Weakness(Fantasy):
Being in a small enclosure that she can't fly out of is one, basically being in any small or cramped space is technically a weakness. If her wings get too wet she can't fly, yet they can withstand quite a bit of water. If she looses too many of her feathers she can't fly either, breaking a wing would kinda ground her, at least prevent her from flying. She could possibly still glide, but that could be unlikely. Basically, anything that can damage her wings is a weakness because her wings are the source of her power.
Plus of course, her mental state is another weakness.
Weakness(Normal:
Herself for the most part. She is so messed up, that she can't really do anything except hide and let her negative emotions grow. She has been messed up for so long, that anything else is alien and strange.
History:
Katana was once a member of a big and powerful herd. The herd was so large, that it kept its colts so that they can guard the herd and as time went by, the colts formed herds within the herd, all following the lead of one stallion. That leader changed from time to time, depending on the outcome of any challenge made.
Katana, she was just a normal mare in the herd. Daughter of one of the protecting stallions, a stallion who never made a move on the lead. But she fell in love with a lead, and became his mate. Eventually she did come to carry his foal, and everything was happy in her life. Until one night when the lead went on a scouting mission, and got attacked by a rogue. The rogues took down the group of scouts, and ran off with a group of mares.
When the group returned, after a few days of cold a worrying, the lead was hit with the rage of most of the protecting stallions. He was challenged then and there, and dethroned. Of course, that didn't stop him from trying to regain the lead position. Their foal was born only a few months from the attack, right before a herd meeting. Her mate went to the meeting of course, and she remained with the foal. At some point in the night, she left the foal sleeping by the other mares to find a herb to help her recover. When she returned, the sight she was greeted with was nothing sort of disaster.
A battle was raging, mostly between her mate and the lead. She rushed to her foals side, protecting him as she watched the battle rage. Only a moment later, the lead had thrown her mate onto the ground. Katana expected the lead to walk off with a scoff or a rude comment, but no. He dove for her mates neck, bit down hard, and ended his life.
She was broken then, and went to flee with her foal, knowing something was going to happen to them. She was rammed into, and a pair of teeth sought her neck and forced her to the ground. She went limp, from lack of breathing or the force of her head hitting the ground.
The moment she regained consciousness, the only forms around her were her mate and foal, both beaten bloody.
That was the moment she broke, and fled deep into the wilderness, avoiding any other living creature to the best of her abilities.
