Long ago, it was prophecised that Auspren would fall, become but a whisper of ashes on the wind, nothing but a shadow.
It was at this moment that Lady Ellia, Hand to Queen Layla Briareigh of Auspren, kicked the star reader out of the palace.
"And don't come back," she snarled, silver locks flying, the moonlight shining on the sharp, wickedly beautiful lines of her face.
Being Fae, Lady Ellia had seen many centuries. She had been one of the founders of Auspren, along with the queen and a small group of loner Fae, whom she and Layla had lost contact with. Ellia assumed they had simply erased all traces of their identity, though it was a possibility they were dead. She shuddered at the thought.
Ellia did wonder for a minute if what the star reader said was true. No. Layla was a strong queen, Auspren was a strong country, and on top of that, they had a few million soldiers simply waiting for a battle.
Which was why it was an enormous shock when, two centuries later, Auspren was shaken to the ground in a single night.

Sprytes are mischevious creatures that cause trouble. They mostly live in Sprytewood.
Arah is named after the Ocean of Arahan.
Infinity Wood causes anyone not Fae or with Fae to go insane, lose all sense of direction, and eventually die.
So far there are four territories in Auspren- Eadlyn, Evelly, Sunlake, and Rosehill.
Auspren is bordered by Amenrey, Vaenia, Hartlen, and the Ocean of Arahan.
The capital of Auspren is Starfell.
The largest kingdom in the continent of Amethia is Elitenn, and it is bordered by Sprytewood, the mountains, the swamps, Hartlen, and Vaenia.
