I have over 200 horses tacked up. Yes, I would absolutely pay for this feature, I'm sick of buying cleaning supplies lol |

I love this suggestion but I agree with some prior comments about it being a bit unclear how this would work. Is it a once a month thing? Does the stable hand just clean tack once it gets to a certain threshold, and only raise it to a certain threshold? I definitely love the idea of the stable hand automatically moving horses between barns/pastures on a shedule, maybe they could also automate (and cover the cost of) the training of horses in round pens? Not sure how you'd set that up... maybe assign each round pen 10 horses that are trained each day, until they're finished or manually replaced? Keep the rusty bits ones manual. I feel like for those who don't use tack much this could justify the 5k cost. And unless you have more than 5 round pens... this shouldn't be unbalanced. Just my thoughts, all for it though! |

I think 5k is a reasonable price as long as it's a once a month payment. I also love Boulder Creek's pitch about the stable hand tending to horse feeding. |

This is just my opionion but I do not buy tack because, it is to much money even used tack, you have to spend money on cleaning equiptment, and you cant keep using the tack forever.
its the same with the exessories, if you could keep them forever and use them as much as you want and restore them once a year then it might be worth it, but its not most of the fun stuff you have to pay to use like the groom, - she is not so bad but it adds up the more horses you change the hair for the pasture merge is 10k the rating system is 750 all this you need to pay for and you also have to pay to buy items to use them for free most of the time.
And I cant afford the tack or most of the stuff that is fun we loose money on like the horse capture feature, I can barely earn enough to get more pastures, and horses even with geldings I struggle more then others I know how the game works, but some of the stuff we should not have to pay to use the game gets enough money as is, without spending in game money on every new thing seems unfair, and Im not complaining but I must mention not everyone wants to play the game the way it was intended or be forced to play in a way that doesn't suit them. this is a play how you want game so I see no reason in wasting money on things you dont need. I Love this game very much and have nothing against the way its made but I feel not everything needs a price to use and it seems to get harder and harder to play as it advances with new stuff I feel like the middle ground is gone, The only thing that is free that we don't have to pay for which I hope they never put a price on is the gelding system and games im glad those are free. Why can't some of the new features be the same way I mean what is the point of paying for a round pen twice you pay once to buy it and multiple times to use it to train one horse for ground work if you have to do that I see no point in having one I mean, why pay to have your own Round pen if you have to pay for it each time you want to use it why can't you get money for a round pen when other players use it and you can use it for free because you bought it the first time? makes more sense to me.

It might be good for you to look at your showing system. I looked at your profile out of curiosity, and you're currently -11k on showing this year alone. If you're spending money to show, and not making a profit, that may be where your issue lies. As a player first starting out, tack is expensive enough to make one think twice about buying it, and to put their ebs towards more wise decisions. But play the game smartly, and soon 5k on a groom will be just a drop in the bucket, and tack itself isn't that expensive compared to everything else in this game (breeding items, straws, broods, etc). Money sinks can be a hard concept to swallow, but I've played many games before joining HEE, and the longer these games go, the harder it gets for new players to succeed and the less money means to the bigger players. I at one point had 500 million dollars on a game that shall remain unnamed, and I couldn't afford the game's equivalent to an upgrade because inflation was RIDICULOUS. Meanwhile, HEE is over 10 years old, and no, the economy is not perfect (what economy is?) but it is the most stable of any online horse game I've ever played. Yes, money sinks are annoying, but they are such a crucial part of keeping this economy stable. |

Would definitely use my tack more without needing to worry if it is about to expire. Would also buy more and tack up more of my horses. |
