I believe the Z's are actually an american thing, and the S' is the british way of doing things! But anyways, i tend to spell it both lol. Grey or Gray, doesn't matter to me hahha |

I personally use gray because, thats what i was taught, but either works, really. just depends on where you are. |

I'm from Canada and we were taught in school it was spelled "grey" but my phone always autocorrects to gray. |
