I give the BM lower level SDs and I hand enter everything else. I'll even scratch some of the horses she enters before the day rolls over because they definitely won't be in the money when she enters them. No matter what I'd have to hand enter since I usually enter a little less than 700 on the first day and do less on the others

This! I don't use BM at all, but I'd love to be able to manage feds, futurities, special shows from the main easy entry page

Barn manager has made playing this game a whole lot more enjoyable and not so time consuming.

I use the barn manager for 400 horses (and she does a better job than me), and then I enter the other 800 horses on a 5 week basis or enter them if they placed below 7th the previous week.

Depends which account. My two SAs, I use the BM. Here i use the BM for changing riders only. Hand enter here. Easier for me to go by horse rather than the easy show page because I can't stand multiple clicks to view stats. I dont go based on weeks as others do. I go by bars since all of mine are different.

Barn manager only for reassigning horses, as the only person I trust to show is myself. I can keep track of the horses which have leveled within a show week, but still might do well in another discipline.

As long as she demands that I pick the disciplines for her in which she should enter the horses in (as a 'manager' that should be her job to figure out on her own, since it frequently varies due to horses leveling up) I can as well do it myself!

I never use a barn manager I often lose way more money with the BM then just doing it myself.

This. I even kept track of the numbers for 3 months to make sure I wasnt crazy. there was a 150-200k difference every month.

I just wish she could enter my Fed qualifier horses.
