This week we'd like to know how Capture crazy you are.

MOSTLY only during capture parties, but whenever I do embryos I'll capture a few 3 year old mares to use as surrogates/rate them just in case one wants to be a keeper.

Never... Like, never never. I used to on capture parties to try and get new colours into my AAs (grey, white, splash, etc.), but been burned with 2mil capture sprees too many times EVEN on the increased values that I've just given up.

I understand that it can't be a bunch of free mares, but of the probably thousands of horses I've captured, I've never captured something above a single EWE. :( Everything else has been EEE and below.

Everytime I win passes or maps from quests I will use them right away, but in addition I will do capture quests and I just like to capture 5-10 horses randomly throughout the day. Lol

I pretty much never capture anymore. Wilds train very weirdly and it's nearly impossible to figure out their strengths/weaknesses because of that. On top of things, they're almost always universally weak. I haven't found a wild that was worth keeping in my breeding program for several rl years now.

I used to capture /all the time/. Even started some wild lines a few years ago. But now it feels like the likelihood of capturing a WWW or WW or even just a WEE during a capture party is next to 0 with many Adventure maps specifcally. I know a WWW capture is supposed to be rare, but Ive stopped caring about capture parties due to the scarcity of WWE and WEE combos with the boost AND 30+ maps.

If this could be fixed I may capture more again. Capturing is a brilliantly key way to introduce rare genes to your heard, such as rabicano, silver, pearl, etc...

Quests and capture parties.

I have been lucky and captured 2 decent breeding WW mares.

My one WWW was a bit of a flop.

But now limit the captures to ~ 25 horses. Otherwise the cost to approve and time to explore them is too great.

Always do 3 year old to recoop a bit more ebs if they have to be freed.

I usually capture during capture parties but if I have capture passes, and need ebs, I capture a few and set them free.

Only on capture parties - just a bit too expensive to gamble on a more consistent basis with the capture ratings as they are now.

If it wasnt for quests funding my maps, I likely wouldn't participate in capture parties. I have only captures two WWs with hundreds of adventure and sherpa maps.

Ive been extremely discouraged.
