| If you want to be the most successful in terms of show profit and what not, geldings are the way to go. If you are looking at chasing the futurities, you have to make sure you are signing the foal up when you are breeding - I have also done best in these with geldings but this is not necessary. The futurities are only for that year too. |

| I just can't geld them as needed, I have to wait for 6 weeks at least. So it's out of the question. |
