| Ash I'm no expert, but as far as I understand, leveling (diciplines) week 8 is concidered normal. The earlier in the week the better though |

| Ash it's not as good but generally not terrible if they go up the rest week 9. |

| Ash it's pretty normal for anything EEE+. A real sign of strength is leveling wk 7. |
