| I live in a rural area where many affluent Californians are moving in after selling off their high-dollar CA properties. They buy up every decent place around so that no middle-class families have a place to go. The wealthy transplants then need services and amenities, but no one can afford to live here to provide those services. It's really going well... |

| Raven; I will comment that CA has some of the best healthcare and support networks in the USA, but also higher taxation to support that. The state reliably goes to the Democratic candidates in most places. |

| Raven California has gotten both too expensive and too "politically one way" for some that they're moving to surrounding states. Those transplants can either be decent people or pretty radical conservatives that believe they are escaping a failing state. Unfortunately they bring a lot of their California baggage with them. |
