Message from my trainer about one of her ponies she took to the vet clinic to see what was happening with her mouth

Just curious has anyone seen or heard of this happening?
On the X-ray it looks like her cap from her baby tooth is stuck under her adult tooth and that’s protruding into her nasal cavity and blocking/inflaming the area. Same 3rd tooth on both sides. Anti inflammatory and antibiotics to try to get it to come down before they might have to do surgery to remove the caps.
