It could be that these horses are older than the change. It's a really rare color, so maybe none have been born + gene tested after?

hmm, I kind of have, kind of haven't. I have been to homecoming, since fall sports teams are introduced, with bonfire afterwards, and that is kind of tireing since we are out kind of late after a long day of school, but I do not go/interact with the float parade that we do.

Never have I ever competed against a professional rider, (ex any rider that rides/rode in International Competitions or Intermediate level and above)

Afraid might not be the best word - I have a healthy respect for them, especially those that I don't know/haven't worked with. But occasionally I've met a poorly trained one and will not put my life in danger going near them.
Never have I ever worked with cows from horseback! It's something I've always wanted to do, but haven't had an opportunity!
