No, clouds are not bouncy. They are squishy due to all the sea life trapped in them when water evaporates, bringing small creatures like fish and jellyfish, but if the clouds were to get too heavy and fall to earth, they'd simply go splat. No bounce, sadly. Now if the water that evaporated had a high amount of Bounce fabric softener in it, then it is entirely possible they may simply bounce back up into place. How do toasters work? |
