Yes. In the boldest of answers... yes. I went through so many internships and licensing options to breed parrots (cockatiels, budgies, etc.) and you'd be amazed how many just IMPULSE buy and the bird gets returned to me... I imagine backyard birds are worse. I'm sure they don't get any veterinary care or pedigrees offered... . Mouth. Chewing. Open... |
