| dun, pearl and creme are 3 separate genes, all dilutions. I dont think apricots can be dun but i could be wrong. Pearl is a recessive dilution (only Prlprl or prlprl will show it) only expressed if the horse also has one creme gene, or is chestnut and has two (apricot) |

| dunalino is dun and creme on a chestnut base, if they also had prl you could in theory get an apricot if the foal didnt get the dun or creme |
