Cross Country ended a little over a week ago. We have met up together to either go for a run, hike, or bike ride at least 5 times within the last week and a half. Two of us have started our winter sports preseason training. I do alpine racing at the U16, U19, U21, Senior level. He does Nordic/Biathalon racing at the U16, U18, U20, Senior level. We skip the training to either do stuff with the xc team, or go do other sports. Like I am skipping my preseason training tomorrow to have a dressage lesson. The two of us are skipping preseason training for our up coming sports to go do other sports that have a small amount of muscle connection. Why we do it, I don't know. Probably because we might have fun with our other sports and we miss them even though we ended xc only on the 31st of October XD. |
