I am SO excited. I'd love a bay or bay/white filly from Strawberry and a Palomino filly from Lani but I'll be stoked with fillies no matter the colour :D <3 |

Thank you :) I saw you there with Alex. Jack was being a typical boy for the first half of the show. He settled and ended up napping on the sidelines for the second half which was great! All Lani did was eat and snooze from the time we got there til the time we left haha how did you go? |

The Pinto Spring Show ran well, not many classes crossed over which was great. The rain stayed away for most of the day. Miss Lacey had a few meltdowns early in the morning (a combination of an early wake up call and not being able to hang out with me I think) but settled as the day went on.
There was a decent turnout in the APSB Shetland classes, there were quite a few boys in it, Jack placed 4th in his stallion class and Lani placed 2nd in her mare class.
Jack & Lani were the only 2 Appendix ponies in the IMHR ring, seeing Jack taking out the Champion & Supreme Appendix Pony exhibit and Lani taking out Reserve. Pete & Lani took out Champion IMHR handler. We did well in the led classes but by the time it was ridden classes Sitka was fed up. I did win reserve champion rider but I was on the wrong diagonal both ways XP. It was our last walk trot show before we compete open in the Standardbred ring. |
