Bit late but here is our Gawler Show post :)
The day started off great, ponies loaded and traveled without any hassles, Jack was super well behaved for his first outing as a stallion. Everyone scrubbed up well and looked a million bucks.
Unfortunately the smooth run was short lived, the classes were all over the place, clashing and despite the judges best efforts to hold up the rings we missed all of Strawberry's classes. The poor girl went bonkers being tied up and broke my brand new show halter :( I accidentally entered a class I wasn't supposed to be in, misunderstanding of words. I got overwhelmed among the chaos so we decided to leave before our handler classes.
Pete nearly missed the champion & reserve champion stallion/colt class, and ended up running Jack out in a bright purple halter.
On the way back to the float we found a red bellied black snake coiled up right next to the stall that I was using, eeeek! The snake catcher came and relocated "her".

Bella update - Bella is out of my quarantine yard and is in the paddock running free ^_^ good feed, dental and worming and this girl is glowing once again <3

She is :) she's shedding later then my other ponies, I believe because her condition was so poor that her body was hanging on to the hair to keep her body warm!
