Planking is the best exercise, you have to use your core strength to maintain it and works a whole bunch of other muscles too.

I am not going to add anything else as K&M covered everything else really well. I would follow her advice if I were you. :)

@Grim Reaper: Planking, alrighty. And I certainly will, there was a lot of good stuff in there. I'll put them into action next time I'm at the stable.
