I would just ask your trainer to find horses for you. They'll know who to trust, and which horses they'd even want in their barn. Looking for a horse is daunting enough, especially if it's your first horse. You'll want professional and personal help.

This is not my first horse. I am just looking right now it is not set in stone that I will be buying a horse. I might buy one tomorrow or maybe next year I don't really know yet.

Don't be picky. Nothing gets accomplished that way. Have an open mind to the breed, build and color.

(The horses you listed that say "contact for price" will be in the 15k+ range by the way)

I'd definitely have a trainer help you like suggested above. My trainer has tons and tons of friends in the equine industry, and was able to find me the perfect gelding for a little over 4k under what the owner was originally asking, just because the owner knew it'd be a good home with my trainer. Having a reliable reference is always a huge bonus. Also like mentioned above, you can't be picky. There's so many awesome horses you could pass up simply just because they don't meet your height/color requirements.
Also keep in mind, right now the market is super super inflated. Horses that would typically go for around 5k regularly are going for 10-15k right now, and anything with any kind of color sells instantly. If you see a good match, I'd definitely try and snag it right away, but if I'd probably wait a bit for the market to come back down.
BigEQ and Facebook could have some promising horses though! Never hurts to check.

You have to be picky on certain aspects though, like conformation. Conformation is more important than people think, it could be the make or break of wether a horse will stay sound or not. A good trainer will be able to see any conformation defects and a good vet will point out anything that would be worrying. A thorough vet check could be your saving grace.
On the other hand, a conformation defect could get you a horse you otherwise wouldn't be able to afford. All three of my horses have something not 100%; my big jumper has a very slight twist at fetlock (you wouldn't really notice it unless I pointed it out) to compensate for two different shaped hooves, we were told by the vet he could bust a tendon tomorrow or never have a tendon issue throughout the whole of his career. He's the type of horse I otherwise would never have had the luxury of owning, so we took a chance and he's been sound ever since.

Those contact for price horses are going to be upper five figures, for sure. They may also be a bit too much horse for even an intermediate rider. I've seen multiple people who bought upper level horses of that caliber and struggled a lot with them. The horse is used to a very particular ride, and a rider with the skillset and know how to guide them and utilize all their "buttons". These horses know their jobs (or at least think they do) and they will take you for a ride whether you like it or not. Many need a period to come down from the intensity of their old career before they are suitable for less experienced riders.
And I also second all the other information posted here by others. Your trainer's input is invaluable in this process, no matter your age or experience level!

I have been looking everywhere to find a horse that would be the perfect match for me. If I ever thought that I found "The Horse" I would for sure ask my trainer before I bought it.I understand that right now horses are really expensive due to COVID so I might wait a little longer so that they will get at least a little bit cheaper. I also understand not to be super picky on colour, hight etc... But if I am gonna buy a horse i would at least want it to meet a little part of my criteria.

They're actually cheaper now because people are losing jobs and are unable to compete so they're selling

Puck, most people with horses of that caliber don't have normal jobs, they own the barns and their whole work is horses. I guarantee you those horses are upper five figures

well I don`t know the price of them since it doesn`t say. you could be 100% wrong. Most horse people do have normal jobs so that they can pay for these high end horses and keep them totally healthy.
