I show even my EEE, WEE and WWE boys gelded, in SD. I also dont show my AD breeding stock though and I know alot of people do

I've noticed the same too Willow, yeah--I still have them training AD but just primarily put them in their best discipline. SD is certainly easier to maximize though as Athena mentioned
Gaelic Gladiacres

although I suppose there's no harm really since they're not breeding stock, unless you want to compete eventing/AD

A lot of them are EEE, but I noticed some do better in a certain discipline, even while in AD

I personally prefer SD over AD. It is simpler for me personally and therefore makes me the most income as I understand it better

Update 3
I went out to the barn today and worked with Echo. We did some lungeing and worked on some respect work and showmanship. She did very well lungeing I was super happy with her and then she is starting to have almost an auto set up which is really nice and she is starting to back straight. I incorporated so trotting into today's training session it took her a little to get the hang of it but we will get there.

Update 4
I went out to the barn today and worked Echo and she was Amazing! She picked up all of her hooves pretty nicely, lunged in the round pen pretty good, and while we were doing showmanship she set up perfectly each time. I also introduced her to the bridge and she didn't go over it but that's okay she did put her feet on it the bridge will be introduced again later when it's warmer. I also added more trotting in and did a trot to a stop and I turned around to set her up but she had a perfect set up which is super good. She is such a good girl and I am so happy I own her and can't wait for our future together and the rest of our journey.

Update 5
Echo was so good today and I am so proud of her. Today I went out to ride Spike but decided to get Echo out and groom her. Echo did amazing with her hooves and then I took her for a little walk outside of the barn and went to the outdoor arena. I reintroduced the bridge and after a few tries she went over it like a pro. I trained a mini last year and it took him 3 months to go over the bridge and it took Echo 1 day. I am so proud of how well this little filly is doing.

I know! She is a pretty fast learner and very brave when she hears a new sound or sees something new.

Some horses are just better about the bridge. The first year I went to the county fair, they let everyone practice the trail obstacles for a few minutes. I hadn't signed up for the class, but decided to have my horse try it all. She walked over the bridge after a little hesitation the first time. We often cross large bridges during rides, but I was still impressed. My friend, who has worked with her horse a lot, can't cross that bridge. Some horse just accept it better. Your baby is awesome for accepting it so quickly! She is a super cute and good looking little girl. Reminds me of my quarter pony in terms of attitude. Smart, calm, and willing to do anything you ask as long as she understands what you want.

Yeah it really just shows that all horses are different and learn differently. Also thank you I love her temperament and her flaxen mane and tail she is super sweet and calm and has pretty good and well proven bloodlines and I love how willing she is. I've only had her for a month but everything she knows right now is everything I have taught her.

Update 6
I am so proud of Echo! I've only had her for about a month and she has come so far and learned so much. Today she went over the bridge again and we did more trotting and backing and she was so good. I think she is going to be a really good all around horse and I love her so much I am so thankful I have an sweet horse and she is so smart and brave. I also found out Echo's offical birthday is April 2nd which is a day after my dogs.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B79yRkkn-QR/ here is Echo going over the bridge and the video tool I use is called Lomotif. I also might be having my mom take pictures of me and Echo Monday because she has a good camera and its supposed to be really nice outside.

Update 7
Echo was so good today, I lunged her and she did really good and then we did the bridge again. This time she went over with no hesitation and no high stepping. She is also picking up trotting pretty good I click twice and she trots she still gets a little ahead of me but we are working on it. Her backing is getting much better she usually backs straight now and every once in awhile I have to remind her but this is only the 3rd time I introduced straight backing. Also stay tuned for Monday because it's supposed to be warm and I am going to get some good pictures of me and Echo. I also got her stall sign made.
