Worth a shot :) The part I had/have a hard time with is the training fees on top of the purchase fee. I think breeding them could make the difference. If you do the math, it could cost anywhere between 10k on the "extreme dumb end" of only earning 1 training point/4% on a stat per session, to 3,400 on the "extremely smart" end where they get 3 points/12% each session.

I'd say if you can breed them possibly. If you're buying them though and want to cover costs, I haven't had overwhelming luck. I'd say probably keep them a stud though, and/or do mares

Question on that for accounts. So if you make accounts, have 3 or so, access two different internet regularly and then use them to better. It would still be cheating? Because I just realized people would do that

Haha in all honesty I really can’t spend that much. I said “yeah I’d love to buy them” and then the owner told me “so the mare’s 40-60k and the gelding’s 80-100k” and all I could say was “I’ll think about it”
both of them are hunters and jumpers, but considering the gelding went Hickstead in 2018 and I’ve been getting more into jumpers recently I’d say he’s more of a jumper but both of them are really 3-ring horses.
is there anything you should suggest for building up muscle on the mare’s hindquarters?

So I have no horse of my own but I look at the online mustang auction way too much. This mare is currently going for less than I was expecting so I was curious if I'm overlooking something.

She doesn't have typical conformation pictures but there are two decent side profile images.

WH, honestly I'm not sure why she's going for so little. Her conformation isn't perfect: her back is long, she's a bit downhill even for a five year old, and her haunches tie in to her barrel in a really strange way. But in reality, she probably still has some growing to do and a lot of that can change, and she probably looks quite different than to how she did when those pictures were taken. She's cute, I really like her.

I'll message you so we can keep this thread focused on conformation ;)

She's a plain bay, she's a pony, she's a mare. She's super lovely, but not exciting enough to really get the larger bids like the bigger more flashier Mustangs do.

If you want? XD Oh! How about, share a picture of the model and the real horses they're based off of and we can pick apart how well they executed the models! LOL
