It wasn't for homo spl, it was just 'breed a splash white foal.' Maybe there was a game bug.

white won't matter. Chances are, the quest requires a specific rating or it needs the foal to be homozygous splash

The seller of Loki is trying to get Loki imported to California by mid-late May/early June.
