My mother and I buy and sell horses throughout the year. This forum is for y'all to read but also for me to keep track of things for my record book in a more fun manner.
I know there are lots of people who disagree with buying and selling horses (horse trading/flipping) but we do it honestly with nicely broke horses who usually get ample training before being sold.
We will have these horses anywhere from a week to several months. It all depends on how good they are when we get them and whether or not we choose to advertise quickly or (a lot of the time) we have a friend that will buy them. We also sell at sales. Which I know is also controversial... however, our horses never sell at "meat price" nor do killbuyers go to the sales we attend so please if you have an issue with selling a horse at auction, keep it to yourself!
All that aside, these are the horses we currently have:
• Alejandro - 14.2hh BLM Mustang
• Matilda (Adoring Matilda) - 14hh AQHA mare
Matilda is my mother's personal horse at the moment but we have plans of selling her sometime in the future. She's a 4 yr old with around 20-ish rides and a very smart filly.
•Mike - 14.2hh QH gelding
We just got Mike very recently from a friend. He has bad habits and was hardly ever ridden before we bought him. He's a beautiful buckskin with an amazing mane and tail.
