| I had to call a bunch of clients yesterday cause Saturday our computers were down and I had to get payments and it was awful. Don't want to do that again |

| I do mostly compliance and cold calls. you wouldn't believe the amount of people "we'll deal with it in june". like sir I'm sending you a 3$ per SQFT fine and my ordinance only applies to buildings over 20k sqft |

| I used to work in nonprofit debt and credit management and would go through so many calls every day where no one picked up and I'd have to leave the same standard voicemail. It was brain-melting. And every person who I reached out to specifically requested a call from us. Zero cold calling |
