Worth a shot :) The part I had/have a hard time with is the training fees on top of the purchase fee. I think breeding them could make the difference. If you do the math, it could cost anywhere between 10k on the "extreme dumb end" of only earning 1 training point/4% on a stat per session, to 3,400 on the "extremely smart" end where they get 3 points/12% each session.

I'd say if you can breed them possibly. If you're buying them though and want to cover costs, I haven't had overwhelming luck. I'd say probably keep them a stud though, and/or do mares

Question on that for accounts. So if you make accounts, have 3 or so, access two different internet regularly and then use them to better. It would still be cheating? Because I just realized people would do that

There's a lot of arguing in this thread even though we have no idea how skinny the horse actually is.

Exactly my point. They seem to think he's emaciated, he's barely even moderately thin. The only reason pictures are not posted is because someone will say something unnecessary.

I'm not calling him emaciated. I'm saying that if he's thin enough that you think posting pictures of his entire body is going to start something, then he's too thin to ride. This is part of why barrel racing has a bad reputation in my area. A lot of people do it with thin and/or half crippled horses, and spectators don't like that. You guys chose to make it known that he's thin. This is a forum where people are allowed to post their thoughts and opinions. Breeding shouldn't have anything to do with how you treat a horse. How long you've known him doesn't effect his condition. I've known one of my horses for 14 years. She's been a cripple since before I got her. I wanted her as a pet. She used to be a tiedown roper. I'd like to learn to rope, but I'm not going to pull a cripple out of the pasture to tune up and rope off. I'm going to choose a horse that looks good and has the papers to back them up to get trained.

No. It's a place for people to share their experiences and journeys. Your opinion can go somewhere else. Nobody needs, wants or asked for your opinion.

See, this is why cow shows are a lot more fun to spectate. There may be less events, but the judge explains their placing and the people tend to be a lot nicer. If you walk around the barns at a horse show, people look at you disgusted like you're commiting a crime just looking at their horse. Cow peopke will actually talk to you and tell you about the cow. And they aren't snippy and rude about it either. People can tell you what they think about your "experiences and journeys" here. A lot of people share their opinions, and you're among those people. Just because my opinion doesn't align with yours doesn't mean you have to get rude.
