So, I am taking a miniature horse into a show, and there is a costume contest I really want to enter. Now I have to have a costume for me and the mini, but the mini can be very spooky. Is there any ideas of a simple yet cute costume?

What kind of mini is it? Whats their color :D I seem to base costumes off of what will look the best and spookiest on them :D

He is a very very dark bay, with a mane and tail to match! He is a rescue, so he is some sort of mix, however he is on the bigger side.

I used to do Mini Costume events when I was younger. The best thing you can do is to spray paint him (with paint safe for horses of course), and then do the major costume on yourself.

You could do something like what I'm doing with my horse for our costume class. Chief is going as Harry Potter (simple black fabric as his robe with a pocket for the wand we are borrowing, the scar on his stripe, the scarf and making some fake glasses) and then I'm going as Bellatrix Lestrange again pretty easy costume (black dress, corset, long sleeved gloves, death eater tattoo, the number tattoo, curling my hair and doing makeup and borrowing the wand). I also thought about making him a unicorn which is super simple or a grim reaper. I also played with the idea of making him Freddy Krueger but I didn't have an idea of what to make me.

Though I don't have a mini lol. I got my mare a full body sleepy that's leopard print, so I'm going to be a safari outfitter and her a leopard XD. My friends who have a mini have did a ghostbusters theme with there mini.
