A new update to this (I'm OP, this just a side account)
I have now been attacked for preferring very minimal dressage saddles with little to no block and without a super deep seat :)
I was told
"If you don't spend thousands on one of the Custom saddles, you aren't getting a quality saddle"

I'm 5'2" and weigh just at 100 Lbs and I'm attacked for even keeping a pony most days.
My neighbors grandkids said I shouldnt have horses because I'm a girl. I now have a large horse and my pony and am attacked for keeping them separated. My pony is a migit and can be mean to other horses my new one is a gelding. I was attacked for riding bareback. I just recently got my new horse, he wasn't fed properly so is 100 lbs under weight. I havent had him quite a week and already get BS for having an under weight horse. He gets fed daily and has tons of grass. People are jerks. |

Oh and the fact I use a stop and turn hakimore bit. My horse, Mo, hates bits with a burning passion! Hates them! But he won't stop without pressure so we gently use it. We dont hurt him. |
