Having some issues again lol 1) Button works, the video player pops up, but the ad doesn't load and the pop up closes after a few seconds. 2) I'm using Safari at the moment 3) iPhone and iPad 4) Yes the video player is opening but the ad doesn't load and then it closes. 5) No ad blockers. 6) No VPN |

It's popping up and then just closed without playing the Ad
Thats what it did on my Laptop, and the button wont even click on my phone. I have messed with absolutely every single setting I can on both devices. |

1) Describe the problem (button doesn't work, video not playing, etc) - Phone: Button wont work | Laptop: Video wont play 2) Brand of Browser you are using - Safari on both devices 3) Type of device (pc, phone, tablet) - Phone, and Laptop 4) Is the video player opening? - Phone: No | Laptop: Yes 5) Are you using an adblocker? - No for both devices 6) Are you using a vpn? - No for both devices (Update, got it to work on the laptop slightly. I have to click the buttom about 35 times for ONE ad to pop up though. Then just repeat the process.. It's quite tiring.) |
