Dang, maybe it's a server issue. Have you tried restarting your device and/or updating? Not sure that would help, but it's worth a shot I guess.

I have tried restarting, that did nothing. My device is on the latest software version too, so that's not it. I also noticed something weird this morning—last night I logged off with ~900 game mail, but this morning I logged on to ~600. So somehow some of it got deleted. Also note that I was able to mark all of my mail as read this morning just fine using the "check all" feature. I don't understand why it happens for a few days and then it's fine again

I expierienced this same exact error this RO when I had 300+ sneaky stud notifications one night. Despite also having sneaky stud notifications disabled. I had to manually delete the mail by hand as it was causing lag.

Maybe it's your browzer? I run HEE off Safari, good luck!

I also run HEE on Safari. I have tried HEE on chrome and that didn't fix the problem.

I run on chrome and have tried using safari, edge and firefox to delete the messages to no avail.

Logged off yesterday with ~1200 game mail, logged on today and there are only ~800, and I am now able to clear it again using the check all feature. I am beyond confused at this point

Should I even bother bringing this back up again? Will this ever be looked into?

This is still happening. I am getting incredibly frustrated that this has been happening for 9 months now and it still hasn't been looked into :(
