I've noticed that the mini games are lagging or freezing up altogether for me, especially the Derby Hat game.

It definitely helped!

Site's laggy this morning... maybe due to everyone logging in on a Monday to track training! Haha

I noticed that it lags no matter what I’m doing.

Site is taking about a minute or two to load anything for me. From submitting chat post, forum posts, or remarks for training. The link I clicked to get to this post loaded to a white screen for about two minutes before finally loading into the forum.

I am struggling over here. Entering shows is proving to be difficult. It takes anywhere from 2-10 seconds for the page to load clicking between each horse and when I submit to enter a horse into a show, it likes to lag out and take its sweet time. I've even gotten a few "Error Entering Show" notices even though the horse was entered, it just took too long.

I'm having some lag issues too, its mostly (so far) when I try to send mail. Not for 5 minutes but more like 2 or 3.

Ok, we've made another update. It may take up to 48 to take effect.
