I thought the same, but that's not the issue either as it happens when no other tabs are open just the same. (Nothing running in the background either.) What I noticed is, that at times it works better than at others. Sometimes I already time out when I want to get to the log in page, Sometimes it runs smoothly but just stops working from one minute to the other. I have run speed tests on my Internet during both times and there's no issue with it. I also tested DT when HEE wouldn't load for me and there was no problem either, nor is the browser slow on any other sites I visit. I tried a different browser for HEE during the "slow" time and it was just as slow on the other browser. At this point, when the timing out on my Laptop starts, I switch to my phone ( Desktop Version for mobile) and it runs smoothly. Unless I have missed something, I think this might be really an issue with HEE itself. I've just not quite figured out what could cause it. |

On the topic of slow loading, I just had an experience that I thought might be worth talking about.
It's the day of the month where my premium lapses, and the first thing I noticed when I logged into today was how painfully slow everything was loading. Regardless of device, regardless of browser, I found myself waiting for more than a minute for a horse's image to load at times, and quite often the whole page would just be lost to a cloudflare error. This is incredibly frustrating, especially on certain pages like explore or derby hats.
I decided to get my premium back. If I was going to be staring at these pages waiting for them to load, I might as well have my palette on.
But the instant I upgrade, all the pages are loading lightning fast!
Is there something going on in the backend that would cause this? Do premium members run on a different server than free members? Do free members always play this game with such slow loading? I still get a lot of cloudflare errors with premium, but nothing near as badly. |

It happens regardless of how many tabs I have open and it's only HEE that's affected. While HEE is stuck on the loading screen of death, other websites load just fine. Much like Arvalon, I've tried HEE on a secondary browser during the slow spells (in the event the browser goofed, which has happened in the past), only to have the same issue. In my instance, I'm doubting that it's an issue of too many tabs. While, sure, I habitually have a lot of tabs open...If that were the cause I'd notice slowness on other websites. Barring that, my browser barely causes a bump in my processor and RAM usage. |

None at all, closed all background processes and apps before via task manager. |

For me, personally? No. My computer is designed for gaming and I specifically picked it/upgraded it to be able to run games at the highest settings (within reason, since there's no visual differences with some things; about the only thing that bottlenecks things is my graphics card due to its age). It runs an Intel 17-9700k CPU and clocks in at a nicely chunky 32GB of RAM. With all the browser windows/tabs I currently have open (yay, research), the android emulator running in the background, a few other programs, and the standard windows 10 background processes, my usage for both CPU and RAM isn't even touching 50%. |

What specific pages have you guys been having problems with? Can you please write it down and make a log? |

For me, it's predominately the easy show page, horse page, and forum. However, I think there's some bias involved since those are the main pages I mess with lol. |
