Not sure if this is related but several of my horses no longer have pictures. Breed is KNN. I did not change any of their manes or tails. example of one of them. |

I got charged 500 and did not buy any manes or tails just looked at them . The charge shows under my accountant states 500 paid to groom but I never clicked on save changes but it saved the rosette mane when I only looked at it. |
