Have you tried unclicking to deleted a few at a time? I know it would take forever but sometimes the site may not be able to handle it. Or possibly your device. You're asking it to delete 400 things at once, thats a fairly large command. I'm sure this must be frustrating :(

I am able to do it perfectly fine every other day of the month, but on around the 3rd/4th/5th of every month it doesn't allow me. I was able to delete 500+ on December 2nd without issue, but now I'm unable to. It's been the same pattern for 5 months now

Hmm possibly something with server overload? Are you able to delete any amount (even one) those days?

I am able to individually click each message and it will clear the "new!" notification, but I can't do it in mass. I've even tried deselecting some and trying but to no avail. But usually when the 6th/7th hits I can do it again just fine

I now have 1000+ game mail sitting in my game mail inbox because I can't clear it... I would really appreciate it if I could at least get some input on when this might be fixed or looked at? I've been sitting high and dry over here for 6 months now
