I'm using Safari, having the same issue. However, I did use HEE on my phone and I do not seem to be having the issue.

Try refreshing your browsers completely and clearing the cache. That worked for me

So after some experimenting I found that it is happening constantly in Chrome, but not at all in Firefox if that helps.
