I thought it was just me! Mine is also for being "selected" to spin a wheel. They happen either before I log in or a couple seconds after. Never happened before but now it happens once or twice every couple of days.

The same thing has been happening to me all day. I must have had half a dozen of these pop up today. Only when I'm on HEE though.
