Find a different company? Not having a go at anyone here, but I've been playing for nearly 12 years, constant premium membership, but I can't get the "free" bonuses others do because I live outside of the US. It's extremely frustrating and unfair. |

I'm in the US and still can't get more than 6 or 7 a day if that for the past few weeks. |

I feel you on this Amor, I'm in Croatia and didn't get a single ad for over 3 weeks. It only worked for 2 days for me and then I got 8 ads on the 3rd day and it stopped working completely. I've been stuck on 68 ads total since then. The ads did repeat themselves but at least they were there |

I hope you are able to come up with a solution! Thanks for all the work you have done so far and are doing now. But I have to agree it is really unfair to accept the situation as is - The advantages that people in the US will have over others would cause a huge imbalance, and discourage international players. If something can't be figured out I honestly think the game should be pulled (or prizes made insignificant) - and don't get me wrong I love it and think it's a great idea but there are a fair amount of international players and we would all take a big hit. It would really discourage me as a player, not just because I can't get the rewards but because keeping it would just feel like a real disregard for anyone not US based... but maybe I'm over reacting? |

As we are both playing from our little corner of the world, not many ads will be aimed at us, witch is a shame D:

There are many things you can: 1. If the ads are regionalized (I had hinted that long ago! I wonder why only now you had confirmed it) it is clear that the terms with the ad company were not clear from the beginning - clear them out and say that you need something that would work for all 2. Create multiple 'mirrors' for ads - separate for US, Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia... Let the counter count 1 ad, despite the mirror used (If the company could not provide worldwide ads, regionalise them here) 3. Change company? 4. Balancing the ad game so the 'rest of the world' would not be so severely affected by not having an opportunity to play this game? (yes, it does hurt for those like me - getting WWW horse is still beyond dreams, and now? How would I even earn ebs if my horses would fade in the hoards of buffed horses from US?) 5. Add "if clicked" function and freeze the game for mobile users for 30sec (imitatintg the time lost for watching the ad) 6. Making the button clickable as it is still not working and there is no answer why... (It really feels that no one is even trying to fix that!) These are just a few ideas that sound much better than showing the 'rest of the world' the middle finger... |
