Went down the Online Stables list and here's a few.
With a reset palette.
Many more stables have this phenomenon than displayed here.
The previous image example uses the Free Palette - Modern.

Bigfish - New Stable with the preset bio with base font in English
Moderators Kuewi knn stable, Corazon, and Morning Glory Farms all have bios showing this malfunction.
