Trying to send ebs to someone from a giveaway. It gives me this message everytime, I know for a fact the stable is active. Player was just active yesterday. I've double checked the stable # and tried the "send ebs" button.

I believe it is because you have no horses and aren't considered active

Ah ok I thought the message was about the other stable not me. I'll try and buy a cheap horse and see if that fixes it.

You have to click the pay another stable link and then scroll down.
