If a deceased mare isn't added into a memorial, that isn't your mare- will the embryo be defective if theyre deleted from the game as well?

I have been trying to create an auction for my horses I have for sale. I've tried putting in all different types of dates and times and I've even waited to see mayb it was just a glitch or something.
For example I would put:
start date: 4/19/2020
start time: noon
end date: 4/22/2020
end time: noon
If that didn't work I would either make the dates further apart, different starting /ending times or I would put todays date at a later time and it still won't work. When I would submit the information it would have 2 links in the upper left corner and would say "Auction Not Made"
I have asked people if they had the same problem and would tell me I should probably report it.
