Every time a new page is loaded, the chat box dissapears as if ive clicked hide (I havent) and it stays like that for a minute or two and then appears again

Sounds like a device problem. What device and browser are you using.

Im on chrome(and on Samsung) but never had this problem before

I have this problem sometimes as well but it's not everytime. I'm on an iPhone or a MacBook when I am online.

Sounds like slow internet tbh :)

Everything else loads up instantly. Its just the chat box that lags behind with the loading. It was only the main chat that was doing it but now no matter which chat area im in it takes longer to show up

This is happening to me also (Samsung Galaxy/Chrome). Only started about a week, maybe two, ago. But as soon as I zoom in the messages pop right up. Happens while on data and WiFi, which we have the fastest internet our provider offers. Doesn't happen on my laptop or iPad. Everything else loads perfectly normal, on any page. This only effects the chat.

I have the same problems, (chrome and Motorola phone) except the chatbox doesn't load at all. Pictures and links load super fast, but chatbox won't pop up. I try to reload the page but I doesn't help. I've turned hide chatbox on and back off to see if that would help. No luck and I've triple checked drop make sure it's not hidden. Even when I click on the box to type it doesn't pop up.

I have had this problem on my phone. Chrome and Motorola Z Force.

Same for my phone. Chrome and LG V40 Thinq phone.
