I have a 2yo PEE Colt that I just posted for sale, and after I did that it made 2 of the same horse, and absolute clone. Both are the same rating, color, same parents, and same name. It's even showing both of them up for sale. For me it only shows up depending on how I sort the barn as well. This foal is located in my AD| Studs barn.

Ah yes, I see the clone when sorted by breeding.

Also, you can click either of their links and they both show up, but if you try to click the next arrow to see the next horse, in this case the clone, it skips the clone and shows up as the next horse...

Yep! I noticed that also :) I really thought they were 2 different PEEs and wondered why it was showing the same horse, until I realized they're the same one >.<

I just looked at the sires breeding history and he shows up twice as well

So, the foal sold and now he's even showing up in their barn twice. Only when sorted by breeding though? 🤔
