Im getting pop ups like this about every 3rd or 4th time I go to log in to HEE on my phone. Im on an iPhone. It only appears on the log in page.

I actually had that exact pop up happen today except I didnt even click on the congratulations thing... I didnt even see that I was just suddenly on that spiny page. Im also on the iPhone as you can see by the weird A in place of an apostrophe 😑
