Yeah if you have some it will let you use them under manage your horse on the horses page but if you don't have any you can buy them with real money or buy them from other players like upgrades

Rerolls can change the way the horse looks. It will not change their genetics but it can change between different variations of the genetics they have. Such as bay, there are different types of bay, or the patterns, they change through the different variations of them

I'm honestly not sure what is exactly wrong here, but there's one rating missing on some of the studs, and some of them have the rating switched with the bravery rating, and only on a few straws.

It shows up correctly after you select a straw, though.

EDIT: This is ONLY an issue when using public broods in that breeding area. In my personal breeding center everything shows up normally.
