She was week 3 before because i specifically remember going through after looking at my WWW's week 7. Anyway I've trained and my WWW has gone on to week 8 but this girl is still week 3. She definately has not missed any training weeks and still has a rider and has been fed and the rider's been paid so im wondering if this is a bug?

I think I had this issue as well, I had hired riders to my foals from RO on or the day after RO. After hiring riders, I trained horses and riders. Then I trained each Monday. Last week I went to train and a foal that should've been week 4 remained on week 3. She only just received her week 4 this week.

This can be seen via her training sessions number. Last week she should've had 4 training sessions and this week she should've been at 5 training sessions. But last week she stayed at 3 training sessions so this week she's at 4. Meanwhile there are other foals who had week 4 last week and week 5s this week.
