Palette (Error 2)

Hi,

So I've been trying to accept a palette in my game mail but it only comes up with an Error 2. It won't accept the palette at all and I'm not sure why it's happening. Would love some help with this and what may be causing it.

Also, I found this forum post that I believe is the same issue I have, but it doesn't mention how it was resolved.

Have the palette creator check their coding. I was also getting this error at some point sending palettes to players. Turned out to be an extra bracket in the code that made it unable to send.
