I'm not really sure how to explain what is going on besides whenever I try to code the nav bar it won't work in the palette I'm currently working on. It works in any other palette, but not with my recoded one, even when I copy and paste it directly from a palette it works in into the one I'm trying to get it to work in.

Here is the code I'm using and how I want it to look, when it works.

But these two are what the nav bar looks like when I copy and paste (or even rewrite it into the code I'm using) it into the palette I want it in.
