I ran into the a similar issue this week with member shows. Last week the numbers matched up no problem. This week the member shows entered vs. showed has been wrong three nights in a row. All riders had been paid at the time of the issue. I know that horse leveling occurs or is supposed to occur after shows are run, and the level up report confirms that it didn't prevent horses from going into member shows that night (cross checked several myself).
The first two nights, I'd entered the last member shows after 1 AM Eastern Time, it showed on the accountant page at the time, but disappeared after. The number of horses that it says showed for those nights is the correct count.
The third night, the number shown for horses entered is correct. I entered those shows by 1 PM Eastern Time, however the number of horses that showed is short by 18.
All showing was done using a laptop with Google Chrome, Version 75.0.3770.100
