Memorial garden glitch?

I had a horse pass away today and I wasn't able to put it in my memorial garden. This has happened to me several times even when I get on early in the day.

I've even had where more than one horse passes away on the same day and while one stays sometimes the other vanishes and I can't even access them from the mail notifying me of their passing.

I'm not normally bothered by it, but there has been a few horses I would have liked to keep that I wasn't to.

If the horses have no living offspring or bloodline, meaning all foals they produced were FRed, they will automatically be deleted from the game when they pass.

That is understandable. But some of them have had living offspring and bloodline.
