Mass Moving horses error

I tried to move my managed horses from my 100 stall barn to my 100space pasture and it gave me the not enough room error. I then tried the same thing but from one 100 stall barn to another 100 stall barn and it still didn't work and gave the same error.

This is still happening. I'm trying to move my managed horses from 1 barn to an empty 100 stall barn and it's not working. It's affecting my ability to show and make EBs with my bad eyes I rely on the manager so I want all my managed horses together so I can just assign and unassigned riders to managed horses as needed.
