I'm not consistently getting game mail for store item alerts. Sometimes I do, but many times after it seems like a lot of time has gone by with no alert I'll start checking the store and the item I'm looking for will pop up & no mail is sent

It will only send game mail if you are online when it appears in the store. Also, I have updated the code so it should send a toast also if you have toasts turned on.
